Our little princess definitely prefers routine. She
wants things to go along smoothly, day after day, with no interruptions.
She was quite MADDIE! last Sunday morning when I got Wings and
Pockets ready to go in the trailer, leaving her behind. She ground her
teeth and kicked her stall wall before settling down to munch her hay and
wait for our return.
Last night, instead of turning the horses out when they
were finished with their grain, I decided to snap some pictures. When I
didn't let the horses out right away, Maddie began to get that familiar
look in her eyes!
She settled down momentarily when she realized that she
was the focus of attention but, as soon as I turned to her big brother,
Wings, she was up to mischief!
