You enter our side yard through a vine covered arbor
off the driveway. A path of sunflower stepping stones leads to the pond. |

| I *think* the pink and yellow flowers
are Lotus and the purple a Water Hyacinth. (above) There are also
some white flowers that bloom alot that resemble orchids to my untrained
eye. |

There is also a pretty fountain in the
side yard and a bird bath we try to keep empty due to mosquitoes. We
still have a lot of work to do around the pond, like cutting back some
overgrown stuff (inside and out) and adding rocks around the edge where
ants and grass took over in the past. |
