To give you an accurate rate, we’ll help you estimate how much space you need while you’re getting your quote. If on the day of your appointment, you use less or more space than originally quoted for, we’ll let you know and adjust your monthly rate accordingly.

Of course! Any time you want to add items to storage, simply log into your account portal and schedule a pickup. The cost of the appointment depends the number of items, as well as the date and level of assistance you choose. Typically, these appointments cost $69 plus a per item rate that starts at $15 per item.

In Washington state, all pickups and deliveries are charged per hour.

You can also use your online photo catalog to select what items you want returned and when, from the convenience of your home. You’ll have the option to choose between a Full Service delivery or Standard shipping (on select eligible items). Choose our Full Service delivery if you prefer to have your items moved to any room or floor during your selected arrival window. On select eligible items, you can have FedEx ground ship anywhere nationwide for a flat rate fee.
