All American Mini Storage is our favorite mom-and-pop facility in the heart of Baker neighborhood. Our favorite part: they’ll beat any competitor's price, so you know you’re always getting a good deal. They have great rates for their urban area, start at $52/month with a 4x4x4 oversized locker, all the way to a 10x18 the size of a bedroom, which makes them a great option if you’re looking to make extra space in your home or apartment. They’re open 7 days a week, even on Sundays although their hours are shorter, and with a friendly front desk you’re guaranteed to always leave with a smile on your face. Their central location gives you convenient access from the University of Denver, Downtown, and Capitol Hill.
What we love about Downtown Self Storage is that they went the extra mile so you don’t have to! They’re centrally located right off the I-70 so getting there is no problem. They have a convenient office onsite stocked with boxes, locks, tape, and other supplies so you don’t have to make an extra stop, and they even offer document shredding services! They’re open 7 days a week and 365 days a year from 9am-7pm, so you don’t have to rearrange your schedule to access your stuff - and you can even get to your unit on Christmas if you left something behind. Their units are designed to meet every need: some have electrical outlets, roll-up doors, drive-up access, temperature controlled, and gate-controlled access ensure your units are easy for you to access but still secure. Their units start at $62/month for a 4x6, and they go as large as a 12x22! This facility serves Downtown Denver, Five Points, Curtis Park, and Cole.
Adams County Self Storage has all your storage needs covered, whether you’re looking for self-storage, RV storage, or even Boat storage! They have been in the business since 1995 and it’s clear that their customers love them - many refuse to go anywhere else. They are reasonably priced - starting at $60/month for a 5x4, and they don’t charge any extra fees or ask for an upfront deposit. They have extra large units if you need them - some go as long as 40” if you need the extra space - and they have climate controlled units too. They sell all types of supplies on site: not just boxes and tape, but furniture blankets and covers as well. What we love about the team at Adams County Self Storage is they’ve put together a handy Storage Tips Guide to help you prepare for your move-in so it goes smoothly without a hitch. This facility serves North Denver, Berkeley, Arvada, Commerce City, Federal Heights, and Westminster.
Evans Holly Self Storage is a proud state facility in the Goldsmith neighborhood. They advertise that because they’re locally-owned and not part of a national chain, you can “skip the corporate red tape” and avoid hidden fees and fine print. They offer flexible options from month-to-month contracts to long-term storage contracts for a bigger discount, so you can find the right price for your needs. They have onsite management that will work with you to find the right-sized units. Their unit sizes are more limited, but they offer the most popular 5x10 size up through 10x20. One thing that differentiates Evans Holly is that they offer shelving, and it can even be at no cost if you sign a longer-term contract. While most storage facilities start raising their prices at 6 months, Evans Holly does not raise your rates for one year! As an added perk, they’ll give you a Starbucks giftcard when you start a new contract.
